The U. S. Post Office issued a special cancellation stamp for our RAGBRAI day in Lisbon.

Lisbon's new Lincoln Square, on the Lincoln Highway, is a great venue for entertainment.

Welcome to Lisbon

Heading toward Lisbon from south on Sutliff Road (X20) where it becomes South Washington.

Lisbon City Limits

Lisbon City line, entering from south on X20.

Long Hill

This is probably the longest hill in Lisbon. Look back and enjoy the view!

It's all downhill from here.

South Washington decends from here to the center. The farm on the left is beautiful.

This is a very busy highway, please use caution.

Wholesale Auto on right then the Lisbon Community Schools. Mt. Vernon is about 2 miles away.

Caseys on the left then Junction Auto. Whitey's on the right with the Dollar General Story beyond. This way to mechanicsville.

The downtown area features tree-lined streets and numerous period houses with beautiful grounds.

Lisbon Histroy Center is on the corner and is home of the Lisbon Lincoln Highway Visitor's Center.
